For this listing to function properly, we would appreciate that once you have signed up, you add sheet music titles you have and are willing to share with other choirs.

Members should treat borrowed music as if it were their own, and return the music in the same condition in which it was received. All copies of borrowed music should also be returned in a timely fashion.

Markings in the music should be limited to pencil ONLY, anything else would be considered destruction of the music. If we get complaints about members who regularly return damaged music, these offending members will be removed from the listing. In order to be re-instated as a user, you will need to re-apply.

The contact information listed here is to be used for the sole purpose for borrowing music. Its use for any other solicitations are prohibited. If incidents of other solicitations are reported to us, this would be deemed reason for the user to be removed from the listing.

If an organization is removed from the listing, it will lose access to the database and will not receive a refund.
